What do I do if I can’t reach my client?
If you have tried and failed to get in touch with your client three times or your client declines services, contact Heidi Donahue (referrals@communitydoulaprogram.org). Let her know the dates you tried to reach your client and how you tried to reach them (phone, email, etc.).
