What are CDP’s communication expectations?
If the referral coordinator reaches out regarding a potential client, doulas must either accept or decline within 2 business days. If any CDP team member reaches out via phone or email, please respond within one week. And if you reach out to anyone on the CDP team, we will respond within one week. It’s important to know that Roslyn’s email is a dangerous place for urgent messages – if you have questions or concerns that are time sensitive, please make sure you are contacting multiple members of the CDP team or call/text Roslyn.Â
If non-urgent messages are sent via phone or email outside of business hours (9-5, Monday through Friday), there is no guarantee that we will respond until the following business day.
