When am I supposed to submit paperwork for my clients?

If you provide any billable service for a CDP client, aim to have your paperwork packet fully complete and submitted within 30 days of your client’s estimated due date (EDD). Even if you only complete a single service (prenatal visits, the birth, or postpartum visits), you need to complete the entire paperwork packet in order to be reimbursed.

Packets are accepted within 10 weeks, or around 2 months, following the client’s EDD at the absolute latest. If it is more than 10 weeks following your client’s EDD, please still submit your paperwork but know that this impacts our ability to bill for your services and you may not be fully paid for your work.
