When can I expect to be paid for my doula services?

Doulas should receive payment for their services within 30 days of submitting a completed packet. If your paperwork is incomplete and/or if you didn’t fully complete the online data survey, your payment will be delayed. If your client’s primary insurance was not Medicaid, processing may take longer and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

The CDP reimburses doulas every week. If you are in a situation where you urgently need your payment(s), please email admin@communitydoulaprogram.org.
