Where do I submit my THW Doula application?
Your application and documents are submitted via email to thw.program@dhsoha.state.or.us.
Once everything is submitted, you’ll receive an email to give permission to the state to conduct a background check. Make sure you’re checking your spam folder and respond ASAP! If you haven’t heard anything regarding your application within six weeks, email the THW Program at thw.program@dhsoha.state.or.us.
Once you are certified, you will receive a letter with a certification ID number and an expiration date. You will also be added to the traditional health worker registry.
